Cobbler de Chocolate e Pera

Ingredientes:
1/2 chávena (125 ml) de açúcar
1 ovo

Juntar o óleo e continuar a bater. Adicionar o leite e misturar bem.

Chocolate & Pear Cobbler Cake

I love cakes with fruit pieces, and if is chocolate cake I still like it more. When I saw this recipe from the blog Sumptuous Spoonfulls,  immediately  knew I had to try it. I added a touch of pepper that makes a real difference and brings the chocolate cake to the next level of delight. With a scoop of vanilla ice cream is truly irresistible !

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (125 ml ) sugar
1 egg
50 ml of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
50 g of culinary chocolate (70 % cocoa )
1 cup (250 ml ) flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 pears, peeled pitted and diced

Mix the dry ingredients. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture is white. Add the oil and continue to beat. Add the milk and mix well. When the chocolate is melted, add a tablespoon of the mixture and stir well. Continue to incorporate a tablespoon at a time until mixture is relatively liquid. Add the chocolate cream to the remaining mixture of eggs, sugar and vegetable oil and mix thoroughly. Add the dry ingredients and wrap until you get a homogeneous mixture. The cake can be made in a baking tray  or individual ramekins. In any case, grease with butter and sprinkling with flour. Pour batter into the middle of the height of the container. Add the diced pear. Bake in the oven heated to 180 ° C. When cooked, remove, allow to cool ( or not ! ) and eat accompanied by a scoop of ice cream. What a delight!
