Carrot, Almond, Orange and Chia Cake

Is there any thing better than an almond cake? And if we combine the taste of carrot? And the scent of orange and texture of chia seeds? Getting better, is it not?

So is this cake ... very good ... really!

1 Greek yogurt
75 ml of vegetable oil

1 teaspoon baking powder

Bake and then shred the carrots. Grind the almonds (with skin). Add the orange zest to the sugar and mix well. Add the eggs and beat until a whitish cream.
